Highly rated for its “bang for the buck” value, the popular Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos is on the shore of the southern Mediterranean in southwest Cyprus, just 1500 meters from historical Paphos, with its archeological treasures, and, for fans of the modern era, its interesting night spots.

With its 5 outdoor pools, tennis court, 5 on- site restaurants, spa and fitness center and indoor pool the Olympic Lagoon Paphos has it all for discriminating couples as well as families looking for a fun vacation destination. The resort building is configured into a sort of broken-legged “H,”, with the lower legs embracing the 4 of the 5 lagoon-shaped pools, giving the grounds a sort of tropical feel in the midst of generally dry Cyprus. There is a nice if somewhat small beach, a water sports facility on the shore, and plenty of interesting places to visit if you’re feeling touristy.

Guests enjoyed the super-comfy beds which led to an excellent night’s sleep, the great service, the kids’ club, the interestingly configured pools (including the childrens’ pool), the food choices, and the convenient location.

Buon appetito!
