Free Wi-Fi at 20 Greek archaeological sites and museums
Twenty of the biggest archeological sites and museums in Greece have been chosen by the Ministry of Sports and Culture to offer Wi-Fi service free of charge. The Byzantine and Christian Museum in Athens, as well as the Medieval Museum of Rhodes already offered this service, with National provider Cosmote slating the Acropolis as being next on the list.
During the summer Akrotiri in Santorini, Delphi and the island of Delos will come online.
After that, Ancient Knossos on Crete, Cape Sounio in Attica, the Royal Tombs at Vergina, the National and Archeological museums, Ancient Olympia, the Archeological Museums in Iraklion and Thessaloniki, the Acropolis of Lindos, Rodes, Epidaurus, Mycenae, Spinaloga, the museum of Byzantine Culture, Ancient Dodoni, and Ancient Corinth will all offer free Wi-Fi.
