French Travel Executives in Athens
With the goal of promoting Athens as a winter destination for the French market, the French office of the Greek Tourism Organization, along with their Greek counterpart have organized a FAM trip (familiarization trip) for 16 representatives of the French network of travel agencies "Selectour Afat."
Selectour Afat is the largest travel organization in France, and encompasses more than 1,200 agencies in the country.
The trip will take place from November 24-27 and is part of the strategic communications plan to strenfthen urban tourism and expand the tourist season. During their stay in the Greek capital, members of the network will tour the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and will have the opportunity to experience Greek cuisine. They will also take a cruise to the islands of the Saronic Gulf.
